Mumbai: 25-year-old arrested for killing father-in-law

Mumbai, Apr 2: The police arrested a 25-year-old-man allegedly for murdering his father-in-law. As per the railway police, the accused had an affair with his mother-in-law. The body of the victim was thrown on the railway tracks in the Karjat-Bhivpuri belt to make it appear as though it was an accident.

Ravi Pawar (45), was identified by a family of pavement dwellers at Thane on March 17. Relatives of the victim said that Pawar was last seen with the accused, Shailesh Bhosle on March 16 when he had come for a visit from Ahmednagar. The duo had gone for a drink.

The police have arrested Bhosle and investigations are underway.
