Bantwal: MLA Rajesh Naik distributes tablet PCs to govt polytechnic college students

Bantwal, Jun 29: “The government has distributed free tablet computers to students so that education should continue without interruption, students should face new challenges and form their careers,” said Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik. He was speaking after distributing tablet computers to students at Bantwal government polytechnic college and setting in motion a Covid vaccination camp.

“The government at the centre and the state are vaccinating people surpassing the number of people America has inoculated,” he said.

Polytechnic college principal, Bharath J presided over the event. BUDA president, Devadas Shetty, town primary health centre medical officer Dr Ashwini, college superintendent, Ophelia D’ Souza, mechanical division officer, Dr Devaraj Naik, Bantwal BJP president, Devappa Poojary and secretary Dombayya Arala were present.

Professor Bhasker welcomed the gathering and Chitrakumar rendered the vote of thanks. Navin G C compered the programme.
