Chikkamagaluru: Journalist Sunil Heggaravalli breathes his last

Chikkamagaluru, Jul 13: Sunil Heggaravalli (44), a noted journalist, breathed his last on Monday July 12 afternoon at Heggaravalli in Mudigere taluk, which happened to be his native place.

He suffered a heart attack. At 2 pm, he reached Jannapur circle to catch a bus for Bengaluru. He suffered from chest pain then. He was immediately being taken to a hospital in Gonibeedu when he breathed his last.'

Sunil was guided and moulded by the late Ravi Belagere, himself an accomplished journalist. He had worked for publication, Hi Bengaluru and Janashree TV channel. He then had begun to operate a publication, 'Charlie Times' with himself as its editor.

Sunil Heggaravalli is survived by wife and a son. His funeral is being performed at Heggaravalli on Tuesday July 13.
