Bantwal: Demonstration of paddy saplings held on Polali Rajarajeshwari Temple

Bantwal, Jul 13: Dakshina Kannada zilla panchayat, agriculture department, and Bantwal Krishi Samaj on Tuesday, July 13 organized a demonstration of mechanized paddy saplings planting at the paddy fields of Polali Rajarajeshwari Temple.

The paddy saplings will be planted on the 2-acre paddy fields in the temple premises. District in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, and MLA Rajesh Naik demonstrated mechanized paddy sapling by moving a tiller of Krishi Sanjeevini and Rotary.

Deputy commissioner, Dr Rajendra KV, tahsildar Rashmi SR, Bantwal assistant agriculture director, Chennakeshava Murthy, technical agriculture officer, Nandan Shenoy, Panemangalore assistant officer, Koragappa and others were present.
