Mangalore: Graduation Day Held at A B Shetty Dental College

Mangalore, Sep 16:  The 21st Graduation Day Ceremony of A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences was held at KSHEMA auditorium, Medical Sciences Complex, Deralakatte here on Wednesday September 15.




Professor Mahesh Verma, vice- president, Dental Council of India and dean, Maulana Azad Dental College, New Delhi was the chief guest. He advised the graduates to aspire for higher education and practice dentistry ethically.
 
Professor M Shantaram Shetty, vice-chancellor, Nitte University was the guest of honour. He awarded the graduation and merit certificates to the graduates.
 
N Vinaya Hegde, chancellor, Nitte University presided. Professor Rajendra Prasad, dean and principal welcomed the gathering.
 
Professor Sridhar Shetty, former dean and director of CADSS, professor Priyadarshini Hegde, dean of Students Welfare, HOD’s of all the respected departments, staff and students were present on the occasion.

Professor U S Krishna Nayak, dean, Academics, congratulated the graduates on their achievements and advised them to keep abreast with the latest developments in dental profession.
