Mangalore, Oct 23: Two engineering students were washed away by the speedy waves at the NITK beach, Surathkal here on Friday October 22.
The deceased are Harish and Karthik, both students of Visweswaraya Technological University, Bangalore. They were in the third semester, Electronics branch.
They had gone to the NITK beach along with their friend Rohit who was fortunate enough to escape from the force of waves.
