Udupi: Annual feast of Mother of Sorrows Church celebrated

Udupi, Nov 11: The annual feast of Mother of Sorrows Church was celebrated on November 9 and 10.

Vespers was celebrated on November 9. Fr Cyril Lobo, assistant parish priest, Moodubelle was the main celebrant for the vesper celebrations. Priests from the deanery participated in the celebrations.

The annual feast was celebrated on November 10 in grandeur. Fr Charles Menezes, parish priest, Mother of Sorrows Church distributed the candles to the donors and benefactors.

Fr George D'Souza, parish priest of St Lawrence Church, Moodubelle was the main celebrant of the Holy Eucharistic celebrations.

Fr Ashwin Aranha, assistant parish priest, Fr Johnson Sequiera, principal, St Mary's English Medium School (CBSE), and other priests from the diocese also participated in the Eucharistic celebrations.
