Mangalore, Dec 1: Oswald Fernandes Memorial Cricket Tournament was held at Milagres School grounds here, recently.

Fr Walter D’Mello, parish priest, Milagres parish, inaugurated the cricket tourney. Fr Lawrence D’Souza, principal, Milagres College, conducted a prayer service on the occasion.

Youth animator John Monteiro and Milagres parish council vice- president Alwyn Rosario conveyed best wishes to the cricket teams.

Alwyn Fernandes and family organized the cricket tourney wherein 26 men’s and 7 women’s cricket teams participated.
