Mangaluru: District Legal Service Authority unites divorcing couple

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Jan 5: A couple which was under separation due to family issues since October 2021, were reunited due to the intervention of District Legal Services Authority on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Narayan (48) (name changed) and Sarala (46) (name changed) are the estranged couple brought together again by the efforts of the authority. Both are residents of Marakada in the city. They had decided to separate due to some differences between them.

Narayan has done B Pharma and was running a pharmacy shop. His wife Sarala is a BAMS graduate who had a clinic by the side of his shop. Sarala had kept her earnings in fixed deposits in the name of their children. However, owing to some serious issues in their family, the couple got separated. Sarala went to Siddapura in Udupi and was living with her children there. Later, she  submitted an appeal to the District Legal Services Authority seeking alimony.

The authority held four sessions of counseling with the couple. These sessions guide them to live a happy life together. Finally, the authority's efforts paid off and the couple reunited on its wedding anniversary day of January 4.

Judge Muralidhar Pai B of Chief District and Sessions Court and also president of the authority and senior civil judge Prithviraj Varnekar held separate counseling sessions with the couple and was successful in reuniting the couple in a very short span.

The happy couple has lauded the efforts of the legal services authority. Now they advise other couples in a quandary to seek the intervention of the authority for a sustainable marital life.

Two weeks after the marriage, the woman thinks her husband is no good. Then things start going downhill. Once the woman has got her couple children, and she makes up her mind for separation, only one thing can stop the matter: money. If the husband does not have any money, the woman sticks with him regardless of what she thinks of him. If the husband has got good amounts of money, her lawyer will help her out.

Thank God judge tried to unite them statt to seperate them.Same time couples too agreed.A good news and happy unity for children and couples.Of course never have a perfect couple or happy married life as one wishes. But the knack is one who make it.Both have to try it.Some indifference will be always there even in a love marriage.God bless them and continue to make it happy out of their previous experience. Many times in India family too mixes and make couples difficult .I am sure that children too are happy to be with father and mother. For children a intact family is very important.
