Mangalore, Dec 7: The Corporation Bank arranged a three-day leadership development programme for the entire team of general managers from Saturday December 4 to Monday December 6 here in the city.
Dr Pritam Singh, professor, MDI, Gurgaon and Dr Asha Bhandarkar, professor, MDI, Gurgaon guided the participants.
Ashwani Kumar, executive director inaugurated the programme.Narendra Singh, executive director led the discussions on the second day.
In his valedictory address, Ramnath Pradeep, chairman and managing director, stressed the need for faster decision making and development of skills of execution. He emphasized the need for effective action plan for achieving business growth of the bank.
The programme was designed to acquaint the general managers (GM) with emerging developments and challenges in the banking sector and focused on - Architecting Growth centric and responsive business strategy.
