Very sad.Mostly when one is away from his home people ,and many days far away from hospitals ,difficult to get treat such cardiac attack. Please make sure before you go somewhere with a test .Many people die when a heart attack occures ,becuase lack of immediate first aid till doctors come. One has to give immediate heart massage ,or give him/her mouth to mouth breathing .Thats important so that brain and heart gets blood flow.A comman man knows this in India .first thing they try to take to doctor. But this is wasted time where brain doesnt get blood or oxygen.Always try to give some the patient first some heart massage ,see his puls.or call the doctor to the spot.when Patient starts breathing ,then take him ,observing him on the way.May his soul rest in peace. One should reduce his activites like this after aa certain age when he doesnt feel good.Heartfelt sympathy to his family.

How many people can afford quality heart treatment Dr Kamath? Once an ECG, Echo, TMT is done and a problem is identified who will foot the bills for an angio, stenting or a bye pass? People have lost their life time earnings paying up the hospitals. The condition of the the dependents of the patient becomes hell trying to arrange funds.

No tests can reveal or prevent cardiac arrest is a well hidden reality. After vaccine jabs there is no age limit for the same, first we witnessed athletes, fit movie stars and now young teenagers too are falling which was unheard of till 2021. Only D Dimer test can detect minute clots and if treated can save lots of lives.
