Mangalore, Dec 25: The post-mortem report of three-year-old Priyanka, the victim of black magic at Yeyyadi here, recently, points out that the girl died out of asphyxiation.
The report states that she was torturted before killed. She was found to have injury marks on the head, forhead, lips and an ear which indicates smothering using force. According to police sources, wooden stick might have been used to cause such force and that the face and neck too bore the burnt marks, apprently caused by incense sticks.
It has also come to light that Madhava was arrested as we was the witness to the killing of the child as confessed by Purusha and Chandrakala.
