Udupi. Apr 17: 'The Pearls for Sound Living', a new literary creation by Sr Dr Judith Lewis was released on Saturday, April 16 at St Anne's Church, Thottam.

The book is a collection of pedagogical concepts elucidated lucidly, which are useful to parents with school going children, youth, new couples and people burdened under stress and anxiety.

Fr Francis Cornelio, parish priest, Thottam ,Fr Romeo Lewis, Fr Vincent Furtado, Fr Prakash Lobo Capuchin, Sr Precilla, superior of convent Sunil Fernandes, vice president, Parish Pastoral Committee, were present on the occasion.

Fr Vincent Furtado released the book and highlighted the importance of the science of psychology in the contemporary world and its relevance in maintaining good mental health in the current society where psychological vicissitudes are in abundance.

He wished a brilliant career to the author, who is a trained clinical psychologist.

Fr Romeo Lewis proposed a vote of thanks.

The book is published by internationally famed, The Asian Trading Corporation, Bengaluru and printed by Brilliant Printers.

Copies of the book will be available in Jerosa Company, Mangaluru and Asian Trading Corporation, Bengaluru.

Sr Dr Judith Lewis has been a regular contributor to Daijiworld. Her articles have gained immense popularity among the readers.
