Black money hording is a big curse fr the country's economy.Though demonetisation was aimed at digging out black money ,the process had loop holes. Two rupee note introduced during that time is not to be seen in the market /banks like initiall days. Appears, used in for hoarding black money form. If the curency notes printed bear expiry date printed there on and using it after date should undergo formalities...If if this is done it will be blow for Balck money holders. All notes newly prited should have expiry date printed on it.Good subject for man ki baath.
