14-day In-Land Mayura Property Mela at Puttur gets good response

Inland Mayura Mela - Only four days more to go

Media Release

Puttur, Oct 24: In-Land Builders, one of Mangaluru’s premiere infrastructure developers, is receiving good response to the Inland Mayura Mela being held at Puttur. The Mela is being held in their project site at Inland Mayura, where once the famous Mayura Theater stood on main road, Puttur.

The Mela, which was inaugurated on October 14 has been a huge draw for customers throughout the week.

The key attraction to the customers is the huge discounts on offer. For the first time, In-land is offering massive discounts ranging from Rs 3 to Rs 9 lac on apartments in this project.

Says Siraj Ahamed, chairman and managing director of the In-land Group, “The name In-land stands for quality construction, modern designs, perfect documentation and on-time delivery. This is what has built our reputation over the past 33 years. The customer implicitly trusts the In-land name. We know the struggle and aspiration of every citizen who wants to own a shelter. Our endeavor is always to give them something that they will be proud to own and cherish.

“The last few years have been a difficult time for both salary earners and for businessmen. Especially in the last two years, tight liquidity conditions have almost thwarted the attempts of aspiring home buyers to own a home. It is in this scenario that we decided to launch this Inland Mayura Mela.

“The Inland Mayura Mela is an honest attempt to help the people of Puttur achieve their desire to own a home in the city.

“I am delighted to say that an unprecedented number of Putturians have responded to our message and have taken advantage of the flats being offered at huge discounts. This underscores the truth that if you offer good quality homes at affordable prices, you are fulfilling the needs of many customers who are looking at investing in reliable and affordable homes for their families.

“I urge all Putturians, both here and in the Gulf not to miss this golden opportunity to acquire a home of their dreams. The deep discounts are for a few flats only and this Mela will end on October 28 and will not be repeated,” he adds.
Ullas Kadri, senior marketing manager of the company says, “This mela has a unique format. It is spread over 14 days and is being conducted at our project site itself. This is to give the customer an unhurried experience of sitting down with our Sales Executives, discussing their requirements, viewing the apartments, meeting bank personnel regarding the loan procedures at our office itself, and taking the best possible decision as per their budget and needs. This has struck a chord with buyers, who value the guidance we are giving on how to select the best home based on their budget.”

Needless to say that acquiring an Inland apartment with discounts ranging from Rs 3 to Rs 9 lac is a dream for many home buyers in Puttur.

In-land has an exclusive tie-up with Corporation Bank for home loans during this Mela. Recognizing the fact that many aspiring homebuyers in Puttur are actually agriculturists who earn non-taxable income and hence do not possess IT returns, the bank has clarified that such homebuyers can obtain a certificate from a competent authority certifying their income which will be sufficient proof for processing the loan. Many agriculturists have already made use of this option to finance their purchase of a flat at Inland Mayura through a home loan.

Aspiring homebuyers of Puttur, whether agriculturists, salary earners, businessmen or professionals will find that In-land is pulling out all obstacles in their way to own a home of their dreams in this mela.

In-land also has projects in Bengaluru, Mangaluru and Ullal. The company has a sterling reputation in the industry with regard to quality and adhering to proper government norms. In-land is also a byword for timely delivery and choosing prime locations for its projects.

With just another four days to go for the mela to end the company is seeing many last minute buyers. Several of the apartments are already sold out. Customers realize that this special offer is one-time and will not be repeated again.

The In-Land Property Mela 2019 was flagged-off on October 14 by Chikkapa Naik, prominent Rotarian of Puttur in the presence of Siraj Ahamed, managing director, In-Land Group, V Sridhar, GM-Retail Lending Division, Corporation Bank, Dr Shyama B (MD), senior medical practitioner, Mahesh Kaje, prominent advocate and Surendra Kini, Rotarian and businessman.
