Smart game to loot the insurance company.. They also should be held responsible for this tragic incident which resulted in life of Muralikrishna Bhat. Deceased family also file case against those co-passengers for encouraging him to drive recklessly so Muralikrishna Bhat family also can get good amount from insurance. Double dhamaka 40% insurance plans .. Well done guys . Luckliy case is not filed by Davanagere police only Belthangady police even though accident happened in Puttur Rural police station area !

Nice complaint & the case is idle for our courts to argue and proceed till never ending result whereas all the middlemen in this case, in the name of justice can make money like lifelong pension. Is there any morals, ethics, humanity here???

Someone clearly mentioned about the possible prompt by legal team..., Generally the human instinct is to thank God for escape from a certain death.., (deep fall is not a small & casual fall); however, being a fellow passenger travelling along side the deceased, by filing a case the petitioners won't escape from the clutches of the investigative agencies & law keeping officers in an effort to establish the truth beyond reasonable doubt.
