Kaup: Decomposed mortal remains of man missing since a month found in rivulet

Kaup, Feb 19: The decomposed mortal remains of Chandra (48), a resident of Kombagudde under Mallaru village, who went missing in December, were found in a rivulet near his house on Saturday.

On December 21, 2022, Chandra had gone on some agricultural work and had returned in the evening. After having a bath, he had gone to the Kaup market and had since then gone missing. His brother had filed a missing complaint with the Kaup police.

The mortal remains of Chandra were found completely decomposed and only his skull was found. The body was identified based on the clothes that were seen worn on the skeleton.

Kaup police are probing further.
