Kasargod: Two killed in motorcycle-tanker truck collision

Kasargod, Mar 31: Two people died as the bi motorcycle ke on which they were travelling was hit by a tanker truck at Kovval near Chervathur on NH 66 late night on Thursday March 30.

The deceased are identified as Deepak (33), a resident of Neeleshwara Chayoth and Shobith (27), resident of Kannatipare.

Deepak was working as the driver of a private bus while Shobith was working in a finance company. Both were friends and were returning home.

The mortal remains of both the deceased are kept in the mortuary of government hospital for post mortem.
