Mangaluru: CCB police arrest four for two-wheeler thefts in March

Mangaluru, Apr 4: The CCB police have arrested four individuals in connection with the theft of two-wheelers in Mangaluru in March. The arrested individuals are Mohammed Sinan, aged 19, from Bengre; Mohammed Saheel, aged 22, from Bengre; Faisal, aged 35, from Ullal; and Mohammed Saheel, aged 18, from Nandavara.

The police have seized six two-wheelers worth Rs 2,15,000 from their possession, which have been handed over to the Ullal Police Station. The bikes were stolen from six different locations: Hokkottu ground city Complex, Koragajja Katte Kotekar, Kasaba Bengre ferry, Jimmy's Supermarket Kadri Central Market, and Nanthoor Tharitota.

Five of the six bikes were stolen between March 27 and March 30, while one bike was stolen on March 7. The operation was conducted under the guidance of CCB ACP PA Hegde, Inspector Shyam Sundar, PSI Sudeep, Sharanappa Bhandary, and others.
