Amit Shah holds roadshow in Mangaluru, seeks support for BJP candidates

Mangaluru, Apr 29: Union home minister Amit Shah carried out a road show in the city on Saturday April 29 as part of the BJP’s campaign for the upcoming state Assembly elections.

Large number of people, BJP supporters gathered to witness the road show campaign.

Tight security was beefed up for the road show. The road show started from Clock Tower via K S Rao road and concluded at Govind Pai Circle at PVS.

 

Shah was accompanied by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mangaluru South sitting MLA Vedavyas Kamath, BJP district president Sudarshan Moodbidri and many other leaders.

The union home minister was given a rousing welcome in Mangaluru by his supporters. His arrival for the campaign will be a boost for the BJP ahead of the elections.

Throughout the road show, several supporters thronged in raising pro-BJP slogans.

Shah was welcomed with the beats of drums and tiger dance. The union minister was seen throwing flower petals to his supporter throughout the road show. Also, a huge garland was brought in a crane for Shah.

    Last week shah lined up bjp candidates on the stage and told the people don't look at the candidates and vote but rather vote for modi and today he asking people to support bjp candidates what a double faced man he is.

    Looks like its BJP all the way in DK!!!!! My strongest gut feel, it its 'match fixing' at the best. Congress will sink due to wrong candidate or ticket allocation. Some agreement with DKS, that he will be releaved of all his cases and raids, if he ensures BJP victory in the State.

Khader because he is down to earth, Kamath and Bharath because the anti BJP votes are split, also when Congress MLAs were there many minorities in the Municipal limits got land acquisition notices which were illegal and had to be withdrawn .
