Brahmavar, Sep 5: G M Vidyaniketan public school paid homage to its founding principal N S Adiga who passed away on September 2.

N S Adiga was the founding principal of G M Vidyaniketan Public School, Brahmavar.

Speaking on the occasion, George Kurian, principal, said, "N S Adiga had a great personality. N S Adiga has imparted knowledge to thousands of students with his simple manners and smiling face. His great language skills and ever loving attitude are always ideal for all of us."

Prakashchandra Shetty, president of the school management board, paid floral tributes to Adiga's portrait. Speaking on the occasion, he said, "N S Adiga is another name for discipline and perfection. He was my teacher and mentor. We should all remember his contributions in building the G M organization and adopt his ideals and qualities in our lives."

Teachers, students, fellow staff members of the institution shared their thoughts.

G M Global School principal Pranav Shetty, transport manager Tyagishchandra Shetty, teaching staff, colleagues, thousands of students were present and paid tributes to the departed soul with silent prayers.
