Good action by the Police in catching the cow thieves Police dept should consider some aspects The cow owners should be educated with discipline....they should grow cattles in their own yards and should not allow to sleep on roads causing disturbance to traffic Now the monsoon has started and lorries are parked on Ottinene for washing and make the road slippery inviting accidents. I kindly request the byndoor police and Udupi SP to take corrective actions. Thanks
