Mangaluru, Aug 14: Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services successfully hosted Aati, a traditional Tulunadu celebration aimed at preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the region. The event drew enthusiastic participation from eight prominent Pre-University colleges, with students competing in a variety of cultural and creative contests.

The event was a vibrant showcase of Tulunadu’s heritage, featuring competitions in Cooking, Poster Making, Dance, Singing, and Reel Making. The event was graced by chief guests Taranath Gatti Kapkad, Umar U H, and Joachim Stany Alvares, who emphasized the importance of cultural preservation and praised the students for their efforts in keeping Tulunadu's traditions alive.
