Mangaluru: Konkani Cultural Organization trust scholarship disbursement held

Mangaluru, Aug 14: Konkani Cultural Organization, a premier organization striving to preserve culture and improve the lives of fellow brethren back home through its KCO Trust, organized a small gathering, to disburse scholarships to economically backward deserving students of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and other districts of Karnataka for 2024.

The scholarship disbursal programme was held at Bajpe church hall on August 11. Samanvaya Mangalore managed the distribution. 

As many as 24 bright students were given scholarships and earlier this year, 10 students from Bidar were also provided with free scholarships towards their education from KCO.

KCO Trust has distributed 1614 scholarships in the past 20 years, which is a testament to their hard work, continuous care and efforts to support the deserving students.
