Dr Diana Saldanha awarded PhD by Mangalore University

Mangaluru, Feb 26: Dr Diana Saldanha has been awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by Mangalore University for her thesis on “Portfolio Management in a Dynamic Market Environment: A study of adaptive market hypothesis in the Indian Stock Market.” She pursued her doctoral research under the guidance of Dr Mallikarjunappa.

Dr Saldanha, a native of Udupi, is currently serving as an assistant professor at Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi. Her thesis contributes significantly to the understanding of market adaptability and investment strategies in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

She is married to Clive Furtado, and the couple has a son, Dave Chris Furtado.

Her academic achievement is a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field of finance and portfolio management.
