MRPL observes 'Vigilance Awareness Week' to promote corruption-free society

Mangaluru, Oct 17: As part of the nationwide Vigilance Awareness Week, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), in association with Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management, Bondel, Mangaluru, organised the valedictory function aimed at fostering integrity and accountability among citizens.

Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Bhat- CVO from MRPL emphasised that the primary goal of "Vigilance Awareness Week" is to encourage a sense of responsibility among people to build a corruption-free society. He highlighted that awareness should begin at an early age, and the youth must actively contribute to creating a transparent and ethical social environment. He also noted that MRPL has been consistently supporting various social and educational initiatives since its inception.

As part of the week-long observance, competitions were organized for students, and winners were felicitated during the event.

The programme was graced by Keshav Kumar GM (Vigilance) Rakesh Lobo, Jimmy Jaising Malik; Lakshi K; Jayesh Govind; Partha Pratim Goswami from MRPL.

From the host institution Manel Annappa Nayak Mulli Chaudhary, principal of the college, were present along with other faculty members and participants.
