Moodbidri, Dec 3: A python was found resting inside a wedding convoy bus parked near the Golibaje Centre Hotel in Jain Pete here on December 2 evening.

The snake was safely captured and relocated by snake rescuer Gadde Dinesh of Padukonaje.

The bus, which was travelling from Puttur towards Hebri, had stopped near the hotel for a coffee break. After the passengers got down, the driver checked inside the vehicle and noticed the python lying quietly.

He immediately contacted Dinesh, who arrived at the spot, captured the snake, and released it in a safe location.

"A python was found resting inside a wedding convoy bus parked near the Golibaje Centre Hotel "🤣 Uninvited guest ! Drivers routine check up for whatever the purpose saved the people from major encounter and panic like situation. The python must have entered the bus from Puttur starting point and not in Mudbidri. I know this Restaurant at the Junction. Famous for south Indian delicacies and snacks.
