Mangaluru, Feb 17: In the first session of the national-level engineering examination JEE (Main) 2026, held last month, 15 students of Expert PU College scored above the 99 percentile.
The first session of JEE (Main) was conducted in January this year. Across both Expert College Kodialbail and Expert College Valachil, a total of 36 students secured more than 98 percentile. Similarly, 72 students scored above 97 percentile, 104 students exceeded 96 percentile, 135 students scored above 95 percentile, and 342 students achieved more than 90 percentile marks.

(99.4130510), Arale Virupakshi (99.3650938), Naren V (99.3416964), Nithish Gopal (99.3347760), Yashas N M (99.3303251), Samarth Gowda R. (99.2905252), Chandan H R (99.1793285) and Nandan Nayak (99.1756042).
The second session of the JEE (Main) examination will be held in April, after which ranks will be announced, taking the best performance across the two sessions into consideration.
The JEE national-level examination is conducted to select students for admission to IITs, NITs, and other premier engineering institutions.
