Private bus driver dies in late-night accident involving two bikes in Udupi

Udupi, Feb 19: A private bus driver died on the spot in an accident involving two bikes late on the night of Wednesday, February 18. The deceased has been identified as Sandeep, who was working as a bus driver in a private city bus in Udupi.

Two bikes collided head-on at Perampalli cross road near Ambagilu junction, resulting in serious injuries to both the bike riders. Another bike rider involved in the incident has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.

 

Both the injured were transported to the hospital in an open goods tempo. A video of the incident has gone viral and has raised serious questions.
