Kuwait: Piusnagar Welfare Committee Conducts Annual Family Get-Together

Kuwait, Oct 29: Piusnagar Welfare Committee Kuwait (PWCK) organized a family get-togther at Masellah Beach Garden on October 27.

All PWCK members including family members attended the gathering which began at 11 am.

Vice President Praveen Menezes welcomed every one, the prayer by Prathima Menezes. The event started with breakfast featuring mangalorean specialties. A variety of games for children and adults were organized throughout the day.

After all the team games, there was a lunch break for an hour with prayer led by Sunil Menezes.

Bollywood Restaurant provided the delicious meal and breakfast. Soon after, the tug of war and housie games began.

Then new office- bearers were elected for the year 2012- 2013. The new committee consists of Louis D’costa ( president), Richard Menezes (vice-president), Remy Fernandes (secretary), Naveen Lasrado ( treasurer), Wilma Menezes ( soint secretary), Vincent Menezes (public relation officer), Denis D’souza ( sports secretary), Roshan Quadras ( joint sports secretory).

Remy Fernandes thanked the ex-president and his team for their dedicated contribution towards PWCK almost 3 Years and welcomed newly elected president and his team.  Soon after that the prizes were distributed for the winners in all games.
