Fire at Delhi Police headquarters


New Delhi, July 22 (IANS): A minor fire broke out Tuesday in the Delhi Police headquarters, a fire official said. No casualty was reported.

"Eight fire tenders were rushed to douse the fire after it was reported at 7.10 a.m.," an official of the Delhi Fire Service told IANS.

The fire broke out in a battery panel box.

The fire, which was on the fourth floor of the building, was brought under control by 8.05 a.m.
