Mumbai, Sep 7: Rayan International Group of Institutions celebrated Teachers Day in Kandivili on Friday September 5.
Managing director Grace Pinto distributed food for 500 street kids at the St Lawrence High School Auditorium under the 'Rayan Food Bucket Campaign.'
Addressing the gathering, Grace Pinto said, "Our kids are our main guests. We have to explain to our kids about living. Helping your friend is like helping God. How we provide education for kids, we also have to provide food for the starving people. Providing hope to the world is the duty of all the teachers. Teachers should not create any kind of negative thoughts in kid's mind. The food which we do not eat is wasted, and instead of that everyone can donate food to Rayan Food Bucket Campaign. Our aim is to feed every hungry child."
