Mangalore, Oct 13: After observing a month-long fasting, Muslim brethren in city celebrated one of their biggest festivals, Eid with religious fervor and enthusiasm on Saturday October 13.

Members of Muslim community attended special prayers arranged at mosques and greeted Eid Mubarak to each other. Wearing new clothes, they visited the houses of their relatives and shared sweets and relished delicious food prepared to mark the day of forgiveness, harmony, moral victory and peace.
