Dubai, Oct 17: 'Love Zala', a unique Bhangra cassette produced by young, talented singer-composer Ryan Rodrigues a couple of years ago, may still have remained fresh in the minds and hearts of Konkani music-lovers around the world. That album had introduced a new genre of music to the Mangalorean Konkani music-lovers.

Ryan is now back with more of innovation and a few big names with his new album 'Portun Love Zala'.

Ryan and Ramiro

Usha Uthup, the Maharani of Indipop, has lent her voice in a melodious 'Let's Rock' song, which, undoubtedly, will boom in all corners, beyond the barriers of language.

Sheela Carlo, a young singer gifted with mellifluous vocal chords, has lent her voice in several Konkani albums and musical nites in the past. Sheela is yet again featured in this album in a duet song with Ramiro, a well-known UAE-based artise from Goa. Ramiro is also directing the music for this album.

Rony D'Cunha and Lulu

Rony D'Cunha, who does not need any introduction in the Konkani singing arena, has also added his voice to this album. Two other notable female singers who have rendered songs are , Lulu from Goa , Dubai's very own Angelina and Babita D'Costa from Mangalore.

Iqbal M, whose mother tongue is not Konkani, has sung a fabulous Konkani number for this album.

Producer Ryan Rodrigues is highly positive in his approach and hopeful about the instant success of this album.

"We love to do innovations; surely people will accept our ideas. Before we finalized the project, we discussed the quality of our new album with well-known names in the UAE and India. The songs have been well appreciated by them. The album is scheduled to be released in Dubai on October 25, 2007 and also during a mega public programme in Wonderland on November 30, 2007," Ryan informed daijiworld.com.

Dajiworld.com will be the official media partner for this album, while 'Distant Dreams' main sponsor of the album will market the album in the Middle East.

'Systems Engineering FZC' , 'Oasis Court' are also supporting this album with sponsorship.

"This is the third album of our group; every time we produce an album, we would like it to be something different from the earlier one," says Sheela Carlo who is also a key singer in this album. She has sung in all the three albums produced by Ryan.

More details on marketing this album will be available on daijiworld.com in the coming days.
