Mangalore: Corp Bank bags Three Banking Technology Awards

Mangalore, Jan 11: The three banking technology awards given jointly by the Indian banks Association (IBA), Trade Fairs and Conference International TFCI for excellence in incorporating IT in day-to-day banking operations have been bagged by the Corporation Bank.

The award was conferred to the bank at a function held in Mumbai on Wednesday January 9. B R Bhat, general manager, Corporation Bank received the award on behalf of the bank.

The awards won were the Best Bank Award for best use of IT in retail banking, Best Bank Award for best implementation of STP (Straight through Processing). The Bank also won a Runner-up Award for best IT security-policies and practices.
