Mangalore: Advocate M P Noronha Appointed Notary

Melwyn Prakash Noronha, leading senior lawyer of Mangalore is appointed by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India as Notary for the district of Dakshina Kannada. 

Noronha who studied B A (Law) and LL B at SDM Law College, here was a rank student. He stood first in the state-level typewriting examination too.

Noronha is practising law for the last 18 years, is a member of the renowned law firm – ‘MANU ADVOCATES’, having its office at Royal Chambers, Kodialbail. He has been serving as   the ‘Christian Marriage Registrar’ too.

Noronha has handled and won several cases of public importance. He is also the managing committee member of Fr Muller Charitable Institutions and the Catholic Board of Education of the diocese of Mangalore.
