Dubai: Ferar Parishioners Announce First Annual Day

Dubai, Mar 23: Ferarites-UAE, (Ferar is a place located near Mangalore International Airport, Bajpe), proudly announces their first annual get-together event on April 11, 2008(Friday)  at Ramada Continental Hotel, Deira (Ratsky Club).

The event will be loaded with variety entertainment, dance, live music, songs, spot games, mimicry and skits, followed by sumptuous buffet lunch.

Well known music group- Shylan Beat Group, Dubai  who are well known for their innovation will enthrall the audience with their scintillating and foot tapping music.

Crowd friendly Dony Correa, Pernal, will compere the day long event and keep the audience on their toes with his inimitable style and humour.

The famous performers of Dubai “Ocean Kids” led by Vinod Sequeira is all set to turn the audience crazy with their spell bound dance.

There will be several lucky prizes and the list is ranging from airline ticket, many electronic items, mobile phone, gift vouchers and consolation prizes.


The programme will commence at 11 am sharp and will continue until 5 pm.


Ferarites, UAE, led by its dynamic and creative minded President, Vincent Pereira, with his energetic team of core committee and sub committee members is striving hard to make this event a memorable one.

Vincent Pereira, says that this association was formed by a group of young and energetic like minded Ferarites with the main aim of bringing all Ferarites living in UAE under one umbrella and share their happiness with each other, bring out various entertainment programmes, raise funds  for the welfare of unprivileged children and downtrodden people.  He further informed that since one year of its inception, Ferarites, UAE has undertaken several charitable projects and thanked all the  sponsors, benefactors and well wishers for their generosity and continuous support which will help realize our long cherished goal of “Reaching out and touching lives of poor”

    Thanks for the comments you are right Fazil. Place is called Moodperar. shortly called Ferar. Our church is called FERAR CHURCH which inspired us to name our association FERARITES UAE. And in Tulu it is called Perra.
