Karkala: Four SVD Deacons Ordained to Priesthood at Belman Church

Karkala, May 3: A total of four SVD deacons were ordained to the priesthood at St Joseph’s Church, Belman here on Saturday, May 3.

Fr Dr Leo Cornelio, Bishop of Bhopal, ordained Rajesh Praveen D’Souza, Roshan D’Souza, Richard Almeida and Sunil Gerald Rodrigues.



Fr Lawrence Rodrigues, parish priest of St Joseph’s Church, welcomed the gathering. Fr Francis raised the toast and Fr Thomas Sequeira compered the programme.

Hundreds of parishioners, relatives and friends of newly-ordained priests were present on the occasion.
