Dubai: Caesars Group on Expansion Spree - Opens 18th Outlet in UAE

Daijiworld Media Network - Dubai

Dubai, Jun 17: CAESARS Restaurant & Confectioneries, a household name among the food lovers in the Middle East is  steadily  increasing its outlets and making its presence felt. The  Group started by the Mangalorean community legend Lawrence D'Souza from Kuwait along with his Arab sponsor is now one of the top corporate brands in the  food industries.

UAE has a giant share in the number of outlets when compared to other gulf countries.  June 16, 2008, was another red letter day for the Caesars  Group  when it  opened its 18th outlet in the UAE, taking the  total tally of the group to 37 in the  Gulf.

The new outlest at Mankhool area was formally opened by Caesar Group Dubai local sponsor Ahemad Darair.

The man who is largely responsible for this high speed growth in the  UAE is-, Robert D'Sa, Partner in Caesars Group UAE.  He is still same down-to-earth person that he was 19 years ago!

"We are slowly and steadily expanding our business around UAE.  Caesars brand itself speaks about our top quality. We never compromise on our quality, and the customer is always our king, our staff is our best friend. We work as a team and strive to give better quality and better service day-by-day"  says Robert D’sa

Robert D'Sa, originally hailing from Shirva, Udupi Taluk  had settled in Mumbai as a lecturer in a reputed college. But when he landed in UAE 19-years-ago as General Manager of Caesars Group he changed his  profession. His creativity, dedication and leadership qualities today not only has  earned  him  ownership shares of Caesars but also a reputation of being one of the most successful  entrepreneur in the industry.

"We have two  outlets in Abu Dhabi,  three in Sharjah,  one in Rak and  13 in Dubai. I was fully involved in their establishment  right from initial  survey work to the final set-up of the outlet.  This has  given me lot of experience to manage and judge the new outlets"  says Robert.

"Our expansion plans are on, we are targeting another 3-4 outlets very soon. This is all possible because of a great  visionary like the founder of  Caesars  Lawrence  D'Souza, who is my mentor and I owe my success to him. He is simply a dynamic , innovative  personality" says Robert Dsa.

"Currently we cater to walk-in customers and handle outdoor catering. We have  built an infrastructure to serve anywhere from 30 to  3000  guests  at a time. Our entire team comprises of more than 550 skilled workers as well as admin staff. I am proud to say that 80% of our work force is from  Mangalore."

Caesar’s  catering is  also popular  at St Mary's Catholic Church in Dubai and St Michael’s  Church  in Sharjah.

"Besides  Confectionary and Restaurant business we have trade with major food brands, cake decoration and agency for MODECOR Italy for the UAE.”

The newly-opened Caesar’s outlet  is situated at Al Mankhool area, Near Ramada Hotel, Burdubai . It features authentic Indian, Iranian, Chinese, Continental food and Sizzlers, and is served in an elegantly designed restaurant , conveniently located and easily accessible.
