Mangalore: Act for People, not for BJP - Kumaraswamy Tells Police

Mangalore, Sep 20: Politicians including him try to gain  advantage when  communal disturbances  occur in the State. People should create such an environment where there is no scope for  interference from politicians, said former chief minister and JD (S) leader H D Kumarswami.






 

Speaking to media persons on Saturday September 20, he said, "Don't believe any politician, including me. One should be careful about the unseen hands that disturb  peace in society," he advised.

'Eunuch' Home Minister:

Kumarswami  said  that Dr V S Acharya is the weakest home minister that Karnataka has ever seen in its history. The chief minister should give him an international award for his achievements. The Home Minister himself is a 'eunuch' and  has  converted the entire police department into 'eunuchs,' he described.

The Bajarangadal youth should not harm their future by participating in violence. Instead, they should fight for the developmental activities of the district and become part of the development, he said.

He warned the police that the BJP is not permanent in the state. If they continue harassing the public with the help of sangh parivar activists, they will face the consequences  within a month. The police should act on behalf of the entire community and  not on behalf of BJP , he opined.

Earlier, he visited the Bishop's house, Fr Muller Hospital, A J Hospital, Milagres Church, Netaji Hospital, Kodical church, Permannur church and Kulshekar

    I think it is better if the letter from Bishop from Mangalore goes directly to Pope about the attacks on church & on innocent pepople, then there will be action taken on every one who were in charge of these evil acts. Nothing will happen if this dirty politicians comes & just gives the visits over the attacked worship places & passing some comments over it. Local priests with help of parishioners have to take this step. I am eagerly looking forward for the punishment for the attacks done.

    These links can be of help. according to this: A PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION can be filed only against a State / Central Govt., Municipal Authorities, and not any private party I guess every parish should file a PIL.

    Politicians coming and having a glance at every church and prayer hall is a joke, where were these politicians when the attacks were carried out, they just come and call a press conference to get popularity and milage as Lokha Sabha elections are due early next year. Kumaraswamy has no right to comment on BJP govt as during his time as CM he joined hands with BJP and did nothing much when there were communal clash in Dakshina Kannada, so Mr. Kumaraswmy go back and do some good work to your elecrols in Ramanagara, we don't want your sympathy neither your fater Mr. Deve Gowda's you are fully responsible to make BJP strong and for these church attacks.

    Looking at cheap statements of Kumaraswamy I think it is time we stop entertaining visits from low class politicians like him into our churches. What kind of language is that to say police are eunuchs? Only shows the culture of Gowda family who thought Karnataka is their fiefdom and have lost their marbles now that they are without any power.

    Situation has returned to normal - we should focus on rebuilding instead of hosting low class politicians like Kumaraswamy who are here only to create more troubles!!
