    Arun,

Church collection and Hall charges are two different things. Contribution at the church (offertory) is voluntary. The hall charges are fixed and compulsory if you want to hire it for any function. Accountability as you as for, is something they are liable to.

"then stop funding govt money on religious basis. Use all money for development work only.. "
I like your suggestion very much. Religion is peoples' personal choice - government should not give money to this purpose, to any religion. The tax we pay is to build hospitals/schools, roads, power/water supply works, defense/research, etc.

"Mosque, church , temple building malpere tax kas padorchi... "
Here you are wrong. People contribute from their won pocket and build a Church or Mosque.
Same is right for Temple too - ask Babri Mosque/Ram Mandir fund management. Brick cost collected from Hindus all over India is still a suspense account.

"temple build malpere parakeda dabbid thikkundu kass..."
I disagree because the entire matter is in your hands. First, say you are happy with one less temple. Or, don't put anything in the box. God is not coming to take the money, if you help the poor with the money you wish to put in the box, God will be more happy.
