Dubai, Sep 28: Lourdes Kanajar Association Emirates once again announced their 5th successive Lourdes Kanajar open volleyball & Throwball Tournament – 2008 on 5th Dec 2008 at Wonderers Sports Club in Sharjah.
It is a great moment of pride for the Lourdes Kanajar Association to mark this 5th anniversary of this event that made its debut in 2003 and ever since this event has been drawing a large number of teams and spectators from all over the UAE.
The interested teams are requested to register their team names by sending an email to LKAE@kanajaronline.com or ashmeral@eim.ae on or before 15th Nov 2008.
The registration fees for the teams is Dhs 200/- which shall be paid along with the registration form to Sports Coordinator - LKAE (Aloysius D’souza) or to the Treasurer (Thomas Saldanha) upon receipt of your confirmation of registration by LKAE.

The event is going to be a fun filled family event with lots of spot prizes, raffle draws etc. LKAE announces the surprise prizes along with trophies & certificates to the winners and runners up teams.
The commencement of the tournament proceedings will start sharp at 8.30am as witnessed in the previous years, which is the main factor for the success of this tournament and demonstrated professionalism & appreciation by all. The rules and regulations remain the same as previous tournaments and once again these shall be briefed to the team Captains meeting which shall be announced on this website in due course.
We thank Daijiworld, participating team Managers, Captains and members of the team and to all our supporters at large, sponsors and spectators for making this event successful and thereby helping us to contribute the little amount towards our fellow Kanajarians to support them in their higher studies.
