Dubai: Dony Correa elected president of Famad Pernal

Dubai, Nov 19: Fatima Maiecho Suvad, known as 'Famad Pernal Kuttom', the parish organization for the UAE has unanimously elected Dony Correa as president of the Executive Committee of the organisation.

The election was held recently at Richmond Hotel Apartments, Dubai.

The Executive Committee comprises of the following office bearers:

President - Dony Correa
Vice President - Dionysius (Denis) Correa
Secretary - Charles Wilson Mathias
Joint Secretary - Veena D'sa
Treasurer - Steevan Ashok Almeida
Cultural Secretary - Lawrence (Lovery) Correa
Sports Secretary - Denzil Daya Lewis
Representative Fatimacho Tallo magazine - Dinesh Correa
Representative for Abu Dhabi - Fredrick D'Souza
Outgoing President - Vincy Lobo

Famad Pernal to celebrate parish feast: 'Sannam Maas 2008 on December 12

Famad Pernal, an exclusive association of Pernal parishioners in the U.A.E., will celebrate their parish feast on December 12. 'Sannam Maas 2008, a full day event will be open to all Pernal parishioners.

All parishioners are cordially invited to take part in this event which will start at 11.00 am. The event will have various interaction sessions to introduce to one another. Home made delicacies will be served.
