Cabinet okays India-Morocco pact on academics


New Delhi, Feb 19 (IANS): The Cabinet on Tuesday approved with retrospective effect an agreement between India and Morocco entered into to facilitate mutual recognition of academic qualifications.

The agreement between the two countries was signed on January 22 this year.

The collaboration is "expected to increase the inflow of Moroccan students to India under the 'Study in India Programme' and "strengthen the cooperation" between the two countries.
