BJP's hacked website still under maintenance, Congress says ready to help

New Delhi, Mar 6 (IT): As Bharatiya Janata Party's website was hacked yesterday and it is still down today, Congress has offered BJP to help.

Taking a jibe at the situation, Congress tweeted, "Morning @BJP4India, we realise you've been down for a long time now. If you need help getting back up, we're happy to help."

The account was hacked yesterday around 2 pm and it is still under maintenance. On its homepage, its showing, "We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience but we're performing some maintenance at the moment. We'll be back online shortly!"

Multiple social media users shared screenshots of an unflattering meme featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

That meme pokes fun at clip in which German Chancellor Angela Merkel walks past the prime minister as he extends his hand, expecting her to shake it.
