4 killed in Iran gas pipeline explosion


Tehran, Mar 14 (IANS): At least four people were killed on Thursday in an explosion of a pipeline that links the gas network from Mahshahr city to Ahvaz city in Iran, the state media reported.

Several cars caught fire in the incident which led to the casualties, Kyamars Hajizadeh, the crisis manager of Khuzestan province's Governor, told IRNA news agency.

According to officials, five people were injured in the blast.
