Mangalore, Jun 4: The sun is the creator of life, giver of energy, causer of seasons and controller of fortunes, all in one. The young sun gets up in the east, slowly exhibiting his various hues, spreading colours and happiness, to shine brightly in the afternoon, and fade into the oblivion at dusk, slowly but surely.
He seems to be spreading the message that one should spread happiness when young, work full throttle during youth and sink into the oblivion slowly in the later life, without bothering about whether some one is paying attention, whether one's services are recognized or not. "Do your duty by putting in best efforts. Because, the time lost is gone for ever, never to be accessed again," the sun seems to be saying.
As the sun sets in west, the sky darkens, birds get back to their nests and. As the clouds appear to be rising to pay salutes to their creator, expectant trees wait for the rain drops. After a glorious day, sun bids us farewell for a peaceful night. There's hardly anything more splendid than setting sun in this world. Isn't it?
