Udupi, Sep 5: Career as company secretary holds high prestige among youth in India. To begin this career for the students of St Mary's College, Shirva, the Post Graduate department of Commerce organised an inaugural programme on September 4.
Principal, Prof Rajan V N presided over the programme.
Tax consultant, Ramanand, S S Associates, Shirva was the inaugurator. During his speech, he elaborated the concept of taxation and even the importance of CS course. He urged every student to become successful in life and concluded by wishing all the enrolled CS aspirants all the best.
The other dignitaries on the dais were Asst Prof, Jagadeesh Acharya - Coordinator of MCom department, Asst Prof Murali and Asst Prof Sharmila - Co-coordinators of CS Coaching Class. Rashmita M Shetty compered the programme.
