Media Release

Mangaluru, Nov 14: The COVID-19 pandemic could not dampen the spirits of the management and staff at SCS Pre-schools. They got together and left no stone unturned in order to make Diwali and Children's Day special for their students. This showed how much they love and miss their little ones.

The school entrance was adorned with a beautiful rangoli made by the teachers. Artwork displayed on the noticeboards gave the school a very colourful look. The school decked a festive look as if to brighten up the spirits of all the passers-by and send out a message of hope in this time of distress; true to its motto- 'THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT'.

Personalised Children's Day cards, made by the teachers, were sent to the children. A programme conducted by the teachers was shared online with the children at 10.30 am. The principal, Vinaya D'Souza, delivered the Children's Day and Diwali message. Sushma Satish, coordinator at SCS Pre-school, Kodakkal, Kannur, Padil, was master of ceremony. The programme included dances and an action song by the teachers, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

The results of the 'Funniest Selfie' contest conducted on the occasion of Children's Day were announced during the programme.

The management and staff at SCS Pre-schools would like to wish all the children around the world a very happy Children's Day and a happy and prosperous Diwali.
