Nithyananda’s Sex CD Genuine, says CFSL

Bangalore, Jun 10 (DHNS): Setting to rest all speculations, the Hyderabad-based Central Forensics Science Laboratory (CFSL) has authenticated that the Nithyananda sex video involving Tamil actress Ranjitha is authentic. 

According to details of the analysis that were sent four days ago to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is investigating the case, the video, which was clandestinely recorded by a former Nithyananda devotee inside the godman’s bedroom in his Bidadi ashram near here, is genuine.

The CID will present this fact before the Karnataka High Court on Thursday when Nithyananda’s bail application comes up for hearing. The CFSL analysis nails the godman and his devotees’ claims that the video was fake and that it had been doctored and morphed. Immediately after the scandal broke out on March 2, Nithyananda had claimed that some of his senior devotees had sent a copy of the video for analysis to London - a step which was never taken.

On Wednesday, the Ramanagara sessions court extended the judicial custody of Nithyananda and a senior devotee Gopal Sheelum Reddy, alias Bhaktananda, till June 23. Chief Judicial Magistrate Pushpavathi agreed with the Public Prosecutor Lokesh who sought an extension in the self-styled godman’s custody on the ground that the police needed time to interrogate him further.

Theory refused

The judge refused to buy the theory of defence counsel Vaidvyas who opposed an extension. The two were arrested while in hiding in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, on April 21.

CID sources said on conditions of anonymity that now that the CFSL analysis was available, it would go in for matching of individual picture profiles of Nithyananda and Ranjitha to conclusively establish that the persons seen featured in the video are indeed the godman and the actress who continues to elude the CID.

Police sources believe that an “elaborate charade” was being enacted by the actress, who is believed to be in hiding abroad, to avoid being examined by the CID sleuths. “But we will ensure that Ranjitha is examined. If need be investigators will visit her in Chennai if that is the location she wishes to be examined,” an official said.

      Theres nothing wrong in enjoying SEX. But as per Patanajali yoga sutras or any sutras by Rishis or Yogis from longtime , Guru are not supposed to Lie. This guy was teaching patanajali yoga sutra in most of the temples and was saying that he is an avathar and that he is equal to Lord Krishna and i myself have witnessed him saying that he will be treated equally like Krishna or Rama by future generation and that ppl will erect temples for him.

      He also gives a boon to people in kalpatharu dharshan. I am not sure about how a man who could not see the hidden camera in his bedroom can make any differance in anyones life ?.. its really Ok if he said he is a guru. He went one step higher and said he is god and that he can foresee future. I was his ex follower too.. i was shocked when i heard this news. it hurts the feelings of the people who listened to his sathsangs. Hurting the feelings is like killing someones trust.. he is worth for what he is going through.. Lesson learnt for both followers like me and for himself..

      He can have sex with anybody, and have some fun but let him take God's name from him and put
      in big letters "devil's man".   Then how many people will follow him, and how he can get 32 crore
      Rs from the blind followers? For using God's name and cheating people, he must spend the rest of
      his life in jail. Let his God save him from the jail. How terribly, such unscrupulous people use God's name to cheat people!

      I really dont understand why he has to be punished??? for having sex without any complaint launched by the actress?! unlike in Minister Halappa's case - by having strong complaint he is still enjoying in hospital with good food,all amenties A/C etc. etc.why people are not against this ex-minister?
